How are we different from traditional brokerages?
Commission Splits
1+ year
New Agent
Agents split their earned commission with the brokerage at an 80/20 percentage.

The commission split cap is $12,000 per anniversary year for each agent.

After reaching the commission split cap, agents keep 100% of the commission on all transactions for the remainder of their specific anniversary year.

$35 a month membership fee.

2+ years
Experienced Agent
Agents split their earned commission with the brokerage at an 80/20 percentage.

Admin
Admin/Marketing
Each agent may hire an admin at their own expense. The salary shall be negotiated between the agent and admin individually.

Admin/Transaction Coordinator employed by Simon & Associates Real Estate will be on a W-2 paid bi-weekly.

Salary will be negotiated directly with Simon & Associates Real Estate.

Referrals
Referral Fees
Simon & Associates Real Estate accepts referrals from real estate brokers nationwide. We pay out 10% of the agent's split commission to the referring broker. Simon & Associates Real Estate does not pay non-licensed individuals a referral fee.
